These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the terms for selling user licenses of the “Magic-Home” software, property of INITIA SRL.<\/p>\n
The purchase of a license grants the client a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the “Magic-Home” software for a renewable period of 36 months. Any sub-licensing or resale is prohibited.<\/p>\n
The standard rate is \u20ac17 VAT included per month, billed every three months and in advance.<\/p>\n
The software is accessible in digital form after payment validation. No physical shipment is planned.<\/p>\n
Technical support is available throughout the validity period of the license, according to terms specified in the contract or via the email address support@magic-home.immo<\/p>\n
The client undertakes to use the software in accordance with its intended purpose, without infringing upon third-party rights, nor seeking to circumvent the software’s technical or legal restrictions.<\/p>\n
In the event of a material breach of the GTCs, INITIA SRL reserves the right to terminate the license with immediate effect.<\/p>\n
INITIA SRL shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the software. Its liability is limited to the amount paid by the client during the license validity time.<\/p>\n
Data exchanged in connection with the use of the software are processed confidentially and are never shared without consent, except where legally required.<\/p>\n
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Li\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n
